Since 1984, I have guided families and individuals to reach their goals by providing Life Coaching & Parenting Coaching sessions. Coaching doesn't ask "why?", but rather asks "Now What?", and through this new thought, we focus on the behaviors and actions we can do now to make our visions and dreams come true.
Life Coaching focuses the clients on strategies they can utilize now, without dwelling on what happened in their past. I coach clients to visualize what their goals look like and feel like, then we set up steps for them to obtain these goals with maximum positive outlook and follow through.
Parenting Coaching focuses the parents and their family to visualize what an effective family will look like and feel like, while creating and practicing specific strategies each individual in the family can use to achieve their goals.
On-Line Coaching: To meet the on-line coaching needs of clients who reside outside the state of California, I utilize both telephone and webcam technology (using Skype) to provide Life Coaching & Parenting Coaching strategies within my scope of practice as a Life Coach and Parenting Coach.
